Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Chroniq (chroniq.ae). By accessing or using the platform you agree to these Terms. Chroniq is a marketplace that connects luxury watch buyers and sellers in the UAE; we do not buy, sell, or own the timepieces listed.

1. Using Chroniq

You must provide accurate information and be legally able to sell or buy the watch you list or enquire about.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including price, brand & model, condition, authenticity, and history.

2. Listings & Fees

Private listings are paid per listing (from 220 AED). Dealer plans are monthly subscriptions (from 499 AED/mo). Fees are shown before payment and are non-refundable once a listing is published.

We review listings before they go live and may reject or remove any that are misleading, fraudulent, or violate these Terms.

3. Transactions

All sales happen directly between buyer and seller. Chroniq is not a party to any transaction and gives no warranty on any watch.

Always inspect a watch in person (or via independent authentication) and verify the serial number, box & papers and condition before paying.

4. Trademarks & Brand Affiliation

Chroniq is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or connected to any watch brand or manufacturer.

All trademarks, brand names, model names and logos shown on Chroniq are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only — to help users identify, compare and find watches. Their use does not imply any endorsement or partnership.

5. Prohibited Conduct

No fraudulent, stolen, misrepresented, or duplicate listings. No harassment, scraping, or misuse of other users' data.

6. Liability

Chroniq is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users or from reliance on listing information or valuations (which are estimates only).

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
